Energy Marshal – Data Centre Project (Finland) (x4)
€120,000 – €130,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + €1,000 Net Living Allowance
Location: Finland
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Energy Marshals are required to support energisation and live electrical activities on a large-scale data centre project in Finland. This is a critical safety-focused role ensuring all works around live systems are planned, controlled, and executed safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Control and manage energised electrical zones in accordance with project rules.
* Enforce permit-to-work, lockout/tagout, and isolation procedures.
* Coordinate closely with commissioning, construction, and AP teams.
* Monitor live works to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
* Act as a visible authority during energisation and testing activities.
* Stop unsafe works and escalate issues where required.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong background working around live electrical systems.
* Experience on data centre, HV/LV, or industrial projects preferred.
* Confident communicator with strong safety awareness.
* Electrical or safety-related background advantageous.
