Site Manager – Façade Remediation & Recladding | Norwich
Up to £70,000 + Generous Package
A leading nationwide façade remediation and recladding specialist is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a major project in Norwich.
Operating as Principal Contractor, the business delivers critical remediation projects for developers and housing associations, with a group turnover of circa £80m and a strong nationwide pipeline.
Projects involve rainscreen cladding, timber cladding, render, brick slips, EWI and fire barrier systems.
The Role
* Day-to-day site management
* Labour and subcontractor management
* Sequencing and coordinating façade works
* Monitoring programme and progress
* Overseeing remediation and recladding installations
* QA and installation quality
* Health & safety management
* Site logistics and materials
* Client and resident liaison
* Supporting delivery through to handover
The Candidate
You must have a strong façade/cladding trade background with proven experience on remediation and recladding projects. Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, fire barriers, QA and H&S is essential.
Package: Up to £70,000 + generous package, including travel costs, holiday allowance and additional company benefits
