Senior Quantity Surveyor | £90m Education Programme | North London | Permanent
I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor across two major new build education projects in Tottenham.
With £122m of secured work across the two schemes, this is an opportunity to get involved during pre-construction before becoming fully site-based as the projects move into delivery.
The Projects
College – £90m new build school and sports facility
• £30m new build school development
• Both projects based in Tottenham
• Major secured education workload
The Role
Senior Quantity Surveyor working across the commercial delivery of the schemes
• Opportunity to join during pre-construction and influence the projects before they fully kick off
• Procurement, package management, cost reporting, valuations and commercial control
• Site-based seeing delivery through to completion
• Working within the wider project and commercial team through delivery

Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong main contractor experience
• Education project experience
• Strong procurement and pre-construction capability
• Comfortable taking commercial ownership within a site-based environment
• Someone looking to become embedded within the project team rather than operating remotely
