Protection Advisor – Uncapped Commission & Early Friday Finish
Location: Brighouse (On-site parking)
Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (£50k – £60k OTE)
Working Hours: Mon–Wed: 09:30–19:00 | Thu: 09:30–18:00 | Fri: 09:30–16:30

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to assess their needs and explain complex protection products clearly.
* Work toward daily/weekly sales KPIs and performance targets.
* Manage an active pipeline of leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
* Study toward industry-recognised certifications (fully funded).
What You Need:
* Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
* Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission.
* Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
* Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Brighouse and hold permanent UK Right to Work.
Desirable Criteria:
* Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
* Experience negotiating and closing sales against KPI targets.
* Analytical approach to identifying client requirements.
