Job Description
The Sourdough Company are seeking Production Operatives to join our team in Shipdham on both Day and Night Shifts, operating on a rotating 6 week shift pattern for 3 days on 3 days off - 12 hour shifts.
Rates of Pay:
Day Shift = £13.50ph
Night Shift = £13.50ph + £2 per hour night Shift increment.

A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Previous production experience is desirable but not essential
Keys responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and follow the process to produce products of the required quality and quantity.
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure that all food safety and Health & Safety Regulations are complied with.
Shifts Available:
Day & Night Shifts available - 12 hour shift pattern - working 3 days on 3 days off, on a rotating 6 week shift pattern.
