KS2 Primary Teacher – Welwyn Garden City
Educators Connected Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic primary school in Welwyn Garden City that is looking for a passionate and committed KS2 Teacher to join their team.

The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and purposeful KS2 lessons
* Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom
* Support pupils' academic and personal development
* Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
* Monitor and assess pupil progress
* Differentiate learning according to individual needs
* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
* Contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We welcome applications from qualified and experienced teachers as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
You will ideally have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT working towards/holding QTS
* Experience teaching or a strong interest in Key Stage 2
* A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A creative, enthusiastic and committed approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
