Skilled Labourer - Pre-Plastering
Location: Scarborough

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Scarborough.
The role will involve carrying out pre-plastering preparation and general skilled labouring duties to ensure properties are ready for plastering.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out pre-plastering preparation work
Preparing walls and surfaces ready for plastering
General skilled labouring duties on a new-build housing site
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working efficiently to meet site deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience in pre-plastering or skilled labouring
Experience working on new-build housing developments preferred
Valid CSCS card
Good understanding of site health and safety
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
