HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: Up to £51,(Apply online only)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent
The Role
We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Waltham Cross.
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing HGVs and commercial vehicles, working to manufacturer and DVSA standards.
Key Responsibilities
HGV servicing, maintenance and repairs
Mechanical and electrical diagnostics
Inspections and preventative maintenance
MOT preparation
Accurate completion of job cards and workshop records
Working safely and efficiently as part of a skilled team
Requirements
Previous HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Level 3 Heavy Vehicle qualification desirable
HGV Class 1/2, IRTEC or main dealer experience advantageous
