Location: Welwyn Garden City – Office Based
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £47,500 per annum
The Role
Sureserve are looking for an experienced Electrical QS / Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based position in Welwyn Garden City, supporting the delivery and quality of electrical works.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee electrical works and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
* Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Support the management and supervision of electrical teams and contractors.
* Review electrical works, documentation and certification.
* Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed.
* Liaise with clients, operatives and management teams.
* Monitor quality, productivity and performance across projects.
Requirements
* Qualified electrical background with strong industry experience.
* Previous QS, Electrical Supervisor or similar experience.
* Good knowledge of electrical regulations and compliance.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage contractors and work effectively with internal teams.
* Social housing / maintenance experience would be advantageous.
