SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer
Contract: 3-Month FTC
Location: Remote – UK
Sector: Public Sector
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

The Role
We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Senior Full Stack Developer to join a public sector project on an initial 3-month FTC.
You will be working within an established delivery team, designing and developing secure, scalable applications and services. The role requires strong hands-on experience across Python, Java and AWS, with the ability to work across the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications and services.
* Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Java.
* Build and deploy solutions within AWS cloud environments.
* Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
* Produce clean, secure and well-tested code.
* Support CI/CD, automated testing and deployment processes.
* Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Architecture and Delivery teams.
* Contribute to technical design, code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
* Troubleshoot technical issues across applications and integrations.
* Ensure solutions meet security and public sector engineering standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Current and active SC Clearance.
* Strong commercial experience as a Senior/Full Stack Developer.
* Strong Python and Java development experience.
* Strong hands-on AWS experience.
* REST APIs and microservices.
* JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular or similar.
* SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
* Git, CI/CD and automated testing.
* Docker/containerisation experience.
* Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Desirable
* Previous UK Government/Public Sector experience.
* GDS experience.
* Terraform/CloudFormation.
* Kubernetes.
* Serverless or event-driven AWS architecture.
* Experience working within secure or regulated environments.
