Job Description
Bright Star Talent are currently working with a primary school in Lichfield who are looking for a reliable and friendly Lunchtime Supervisor to join their team.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help make sure lunchtime is a safe, positive and enjoyable part of the school day.
The Role
* Supervising pupils during lunchtime and playtime.
* Monitoring the dining hall and playground.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.
* Supporting children with any issues or concerns.
* Helping maintain a safe and positive environment.
* Reporting any incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
* Working closely with the school team to support pupils.
About You
* Experience working with children is desirable.
* Friendly, approachable and reliable.
* Confident managing children's behaviour.
* Good communication skills.
* Punctual and dependable.
* Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
* Enhanced DBS required.
