Job Description
Job Type: Part-Time / Zero-Hour contract
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred personal care to residents.
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
* Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
* Observe and report any changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour.
* Maintain accurate daily care records and documentation.
* Follow all health, safety, safeguarding, and infection-control procedures.
* Work effectively with residents, families, and other members of the care team.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is preferred.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a care home environment.
* Relevant training and DBS clearance are desirable.
