NO SPONSORSHIP OR RELOCATION PACKAGE OFFERED Position Type: Full Time (36 hours per week) About Us: We are committed to providing exceptional support and care for individuals with complex mental health needs. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create a safe and nurturing environment where residents can thrive and achieve their full potential. We are looking for two compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team. Responsibilities: · Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex mental health needs. · Assist residents in their daily activities and promote independence. · Implement personalised care plans and ensure the well-being of each resident. · Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. · Monitor and report on residents' progress and any changes in their condition. · Maintain accurate records and documentation. Requirements: · Must live within a radius of 15 miles from Felixstowe. · Previous experience in working with adults aged 18-65 with mental health needs (particularly schizophrenia) is essential and is a deal braker. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work effectively as part of a team. · Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. · Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays. · Proficiency in active listening and the ability to read body language. · Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable.
