Job Description
Your Challenge
* Operate batching, mixing and processing equipment to manufacture chemical products.
* Conduct routine quality tests and accurately maintain production records.
* Receive, inspect and safely store raw materials.
* Monitor stock levels of finished products and raw materials.
* Create and manage production schedules in line with product forecasts and requirements.
* Implement and maintain Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures.
* Ensure all production activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
Your Profile
* Understanding of batching processes and machinery operations.
* Ability to follow product specifications and test procedures while maintaining high levels of product consistency.
* Strong commitment to safe working practices and hazard awareness.
* Awareness of environmental impacts and relevant compliance requirements.
* Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to make decisions and work independently.
* Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
