Senior FF&E Designer

A Senior FF&E Designer is required to lead FF&E delivery for high-end F&B, spa and large-scale hotel developments in London. Suitable for a designer with 6+ years' experience across design and project management, the role covers concept through completion, combining creative direction, technical coordination, documentation, client communication and team leadership within an interior design practice. Role & Responsibilities Lead FF&E delivery across multiple concurrent projects Develop project visions with Directors and Associates Coordinate clients, operators, consultants and contractors Oversee presentations, specifications, schedules and documentation Mentor designers, delegate work and monitor project delivery Skills & Experience Required 6+ years' design and project management experience Large-scale hotel, F&B and spa project experience Strong interior architecture and FF&E knowledge Confident client, consultant and team communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office and Specwriter Salary & Benefits £50,000 - £55,000 21 days' leave, increasing to 25 with service Hybrid working after probation, subject to project requirements Private medical, dental and optical cashback support Pension, cycle scheme and retailer discounts About Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
