Multi Trade Plasterer
Location: Merseyside
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.
They mainly do:
🏠 Social housing repairs and maintenance
🔨 Empty-home (“void”) works
🛁 Kitchen and bathroom installations
🏗️ Property refurbishments
♿ Adaptations for residents
⚡ Electrical, heating and plumbing work
🏘️ Development and construction projects
🔧 General repairs and planned works
Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plasterer to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will have plastering as their main trade, alongside the ability to carry out additional multi-trade works across residential properties.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Plasterer, with plastering as your main trade.
Multi-trade experience.
Strong skills in plastering and finishing works.
Good standard of workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional approach when working in residents' homes.
NVQ & CSCS card reuired
