We’re recruiting on behalf of an established, high-volume retail business. If you’re already leading in retail, that’s great. If you’re leading in hospitality and want a steadier rota without losing the pace, we want to hear from you.
You’ll take full ownership of a busy store, driving sales and standards, leading and developing your team, managing rotas, stock, and compliance, and making sure customers get a great experience every time.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is confident with KPIs and enjoys motivating people. Retail experience is helpful but not essential. Strong supervisory or management experience in a busy, customer-facing setting is.
