Job Description
First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You’ll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence.
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our packages based near Bognor Regis West Sussex. Our client is a 5 year old Male who lives at home with Parent so Paediatric experience is desired however, if you are confident with Ventilator particularly BiPAP then parents are open minded.
Shifts Available:Night Only Package 10 hour nights
Payrate: Mon - Fri £15 / Weekends £18
Experience Required:
Non-Invasive Ventilator - BiPAP
Medication AdministrationMain Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home
Moving & Handling
Medication Management
Build rapport with family members and other staff members
