Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead
Onsite in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
£810 per day inside ir35
Active SC clearance essential - MOD SC preferred
We're looking for an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead to join a secure technical environment in Stevenage.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone with strong experience across Cisco telephony, video conferencing and collaboration technologies, alongside the ability to lead and support a technical team.
What you'll be doing
Lead and support a local Cisco UC / Collaboration team.
Resolve complex Level 2 telephony and video conferencing incidents.
Troubleshoot Cisco hardware, applications, endpoints and infrastructure.
Support and maintain Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B and MRA environments.
Work across Cisco Room, SX, EQ, Webex and Board series endpoints.
Support CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS and TRP.
Respond to customer escalations and coordinate vendor/L3 escalations.
Participate in UC and video conferencing projects, upgrades and implementations.
Ensure the overall health, security and resilience of the UC infrastructure.
Mentor the team and drive knowledge sharing and technical development.
