Job Description
A director at a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their Southampton office. The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an expanding QS team where they will work on a variety of new build residential projects for both public and private sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to act in a dual Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent role, delivering cost and quality reports for the client as well as pre and post contract duties. The Quantity Surveyor A RICS accredited degree Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status Pre and post contract experience Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time At least 4 years' experience in a PQS.
