Job Description
An independent property and construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.
The Chartered Quantity Surveyor's Role
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio, delivering pre and post contract cost consultancy services across a diverse range of projects.
You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and feasibility through to procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration and final accounts.
This role would suit a technically strong and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who values autonomy, client exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution within an independent consultancy.
The Chartered Quantity Surveyor's Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
MRICS qualified
Strong consultancy experience
Confident managing client relationships independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
