A rare opportunity to join the Board of a leading Tier 1 contractor/developer and take full ownership of a significant residential business unit during an exciting phase of strategic expansion across Dublin and Leinster.

As Director of Construction, you will lead the growth and delivery of a diverse residential portfolio including high-density apartment developments, Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, and innovative housing solutions. Reporting at Board level, you will hold responsibility for business performance, strategic planning, operational delivery, team leadership, and P&L management.
This role requires an accomplished construction executive with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-storey residential developments and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Board-level leadership and strategic decision-making
• Full P&L accountability for the Residential Business Unit
• Oversight of pre-construction, design development, procurement and delivery
• Leadership of project, commercial and technical teams
• Driving operational excellence, innovation and sustainable growth
• Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality project execution
