What We Offer: Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * You will be overseeing the Acceptance into Use and Service Process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and statutory documentation. * Supervising quality and compliance activities within the Capital Projects Team and supporting project assurance processes. * Planning, leading, and reporting audits, while managing actions and monitoring performance against audit programmes. * Leading the management of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. * Working with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality risks, evaluate subcontractor performance, and maintain compliant records. * Embedding quality management principles, facilitating lessons learned and supporting certification and improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: You will hold Lead Auditor certification and membership of the Chartered Quality Institute. * Experience: You will have proven experience in a quality management role, leading multi-disciplined teams, developing integrated management systems and working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. * Skills: You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
