Packhouse Operative
Location: Evesham
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 6:00am 3:00pm weekend availability required
Type: Full-time
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packhouse Operatives to join a busy fresh produce operation in Evesham.
You?ll be working as part of a team preparing fresh fruit and vegetables for packing and dispatch. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork and a strong work ethic are important.
Your main responsibilities:
? Weighing and quality-checking fresh produce before packing
? Packing products accurately and efficiently
? Preparing customer orders for dispatch
? Packing products into boxes and crates
? Palletising completed orders
? Keeping your work area clean and tidy throughout the shift
? Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures
? Working to production and order deadlines

? Comfortable working as part of a team
? Good attitude and willingness to learn
? Available to work weekends
? Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required
? Previous packhouse, food production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
