Role: Cleaning Supervisor - Nightshift
Location: Glasgow Airport
Rate Of Pay: £14.18 per hour
About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious Glasgow Airport site.
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
* Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
* Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits
* Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
* Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
* Working as part of a team
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
* A minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners
* Would require to pass a DBS/Disclosure Scotland background check
* Must have a continuous 5 year work history
* Have knowledge of COSHH
* Have a good eye for detail
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Can you work well with a team
* Take pride in their work
* Are flexible to meet needs of the business
