Interaction Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Liverpool team.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a recruiter who:
Has around 1–2 years' recruitment experience
Is commercially minded and motivated by results
Wants greater ownership of their desk
Enjoys winning business and building client relationships
Is ambitious and wants to progress into a senior or management role
Experience within Industrial, Engineering, Commercial or Driving recruitment would be advantageous, but attitude and ambition are just as important.
Your Role
You'll take ownership of your desk, developing clients, winning new business, sourcing candidates and making placements across your specialist market.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your 360 recruitment and business-development skills with the support of an experienced team.
