Salary: £180 – £250 per day
Contract: Monday – Friday

Are you a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding opportunity within a specialist school environment?
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist school. supporting pupils with additional needs through a personalised and nurturing approach to education.
The Role
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons based on individual pupil needs.
Support pupils with SEN and complex learning needs.
Create a safe, structured and positive classroom environment.
Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning styles and abilities.
Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
Develop positive relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and independence.
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development. The Ideal Candidate
QTS is essential.
Previous experience working within SEN settings is highly desirable.
Experience supporting pupils with autism or complex needs would be advantageous.
Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Confident differentiating lessons and responding to individual needs.
Passionate about making a positive difference to children's lives.
