Mobile Electrical Engineer

Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a busy Facilities Management team covering commercial properties across London.
This is primarily a building maintenance role, with the majority of the position focused on planned and reactive maintenance. The role will also involve electrical testing approximately 3 to 4 times per year, so a 2391 qualification is essential.
The Role
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings
- Responding to reactive electrical maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault finding and repairs across electrical building services
- Carrying out lighting, emergency lighting and small power maintenance
- Supporting with general M&E building maintenance when required
- Completing inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Carrying out electrical testing approximately 3 to 4 times per year
- Completing relevant testing and certification accurately
- Liaising with clients, site teams and contractors
- Managing your own workload and travelling between sites across London
About You
- Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong commercial building maintenance experience
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Inspection and Testing is essential
- Strong fault finding and reactive maintenance experience
- Good understanding of PPM and general building maintenance
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
