Job Description
A Conveyancing Paralegal with 1 years + UK experience is required for a top legal 500 law firm in Central London on a full-time, permanent basis. Hybrid working, ongoing training and career development opportunities and clear opportunities for progression.

A commercial law firm based close to the City, our client has a team of experienced and dedicated lawyers offering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients in the UK and overseas. Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking to employ a conveyancing paralegal to join their busy team.
Reporting to partners within the department, the successful paralegal will join a busy property team in Central London.
Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Paralegal vacancy:
Supporting fee earners on high net worth files from instruction to post-completion
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
File management
Drafting legal documents
Good understanding of AML requirements
Preparing and reviewing legal documentsQualifications for this Conveyancing Paralegal role:
A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years solid experience in the UK, dealing with Conveyancing matters
Must have full rights to work in the UK
Educated to a minimum of degree level
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
