TIG Welder Fabricator
King’s Lynn
£17.50 per hour
Service Service is recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join an established manufacturing business in King’s Lynn.
This is a hands-on workshop role involving TIG welding and general fabrication of stainless steel components for specialist equipment. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials, working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality work to specification.
Key Responsibilities
* TIG weld stainless steel to a high standard
* Carry out general fabrication and metal preparation
* Set up and operate fabrication machinery, including guillotines
* Read and interpret engineering drawings
* Prepare materials and components for assembly
* Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures
* Work to deadlines with minimal supervision
About You
* Proven TIG welding and fabrication experience
* Experience working with stainless steel
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Flexible approach to overtime, weekends and occasional travel
* Clean UK driving licence
* FLT licence would be advantageous
What's on Offer
* Up to £17.50 per hour
* Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
* Overtime available
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service up to 25 days
* Death in service benefit
