Senior Facilities Coordinator Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire (Hybrid Working) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:15 Contract: Permanent, Full Time Senior Facilities Coordinator - St Neots Are you an experienced Facilities professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of facilities, workplace services and health & safety activities across their sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and innovative organisation where you'll play a key role in ensuring workplaces remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently. Working within the Facilities & Health & Safety team, you'll coordinate day-to-day facilities activities, manage contractors and suppliers, support compliance initiatives and help deliver an outstanding workplace experience for employees and visitors alike. This role follows a hybrid working model, with four days per week based onsite in St Neots and occasional travel across Europe. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance activities and workplace services. * Manage contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring service levels and compliance standards are achieved. * Coordinate planned preventative maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance requirements. * Maintain facilities records, certifications and compliance documentation. * Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice checking. * Manage facilities systems including access control, CCTV, facilities documentation and ticketing systems. * Support workplace presentation standards, housekeeping, kitchen facilities and visitor services. * Coordinate employee starter and leaver processes, including site access, ID badges and workspace setup. * Maintain facilities and health & safety documentation, policies and SharePoint content. * Support health & safety activities including risk assessments, RAMS reviews, incident reporting and audit preparation. * Deliver or assist with health & safety inductions and DSE assessments. * Act as a First Aider and Fire Warden as required. * Support wider facilities projects and provide cover across the facilities team when needed. About You We're looking for an organised and customer-focused facilities professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and can build positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors. Essential Experience * Experience working within a Facilities role supporting both hard and soft FM services. * Experience coordinating maintenance activities, workplace services or contractor management. * Experience managing supplier and contractor relationships. * Experience supporting procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice processing. * Knowledge of health & safety processes, compliance documentation and incident reporting. * Experience using business systems such as Syteline, Net2 and Jira. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Desirable Experience * IOSH qualification or equivalent health & safety training. * Experience supporting facilities operations across multiple sites. * Experience managing audits, compliance programmes or certification activities. * Full UK driving licence.
