COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVER – NIGHT SHIFT
Location: Coventry
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
Shift: Night Shift – 12-hour shifts
Job Type: Permanent

DK Recruitment are currently working with an established warehouse and logistics business in Coventry who are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, long-term position working 12-hour night shifts within a busy warehouse environment.
The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving stock and materials around the warehouse and loading/unloading vehicles.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Moving stock and materials around the warehouse
* Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required
* Ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly
* Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse documentation
* Following all health & safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
* A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certificate
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience
* Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
* Reliable and punctual approach to work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts
