Job Description
Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver to work for a well-established environmental services company based just outside of Launceston
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Collecting and transporting waste and recycling materials.
* Completing daily vehicle checks.
* Following planned routes and site instructions.
* Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Assisting with loading duties when required.
Requirements
Successful applicants must have:
* A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
* A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Previous Class 2 driving experience.
* A good understanding of drivers’ hours and working-time regulations.
* Waste or refuse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
* A reliable and professional approach to work.
Hours
Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday. 7am start each day until finish, work circa 42.5 hours a week.
Pay
£20per hour - £24per Hour
