Business & Requirements Analyst - NATS Initial 6-months £450pd, UMB inside IR35 2-3 days p/w onsite in Whiteley SC required, can start with BPSS Our client, a leading organisation within the defence and security sector, is seeking a Business and Requirements Analyst for a contract opportunity based in a CTC environment. The role will support business improvement initiatives by identifying, defining and documenting business needs, while ensuring clear and effective requirements management across delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, refine and document business, stakeholder and solution requirements Develop business models, process maps and simple organisational designs using workshops, interviews, modelling and structured documentation techniques Investigate departmental business issues, clarify complex situations and identify opportunities for improvement Provide evidence-based analysis and recommendations to support business decisions Work closely with stakeholders to build a shared understanding of requirements and priorities Support project managers by clarifying scope, assumptions and constraints Lead analysis activities on small projects or defined workstreams, escalating complex issues where appropriate Prepare high-quality documentation and models to support project delivery and business change Job Requirements: Experience in business analysis and requirements management Strong ability to elicit, analyse, manage and document requirements Understanding of business process analysis, process mapping and organisational design Experience applying business analysis tools, techniques and industry-standard processes Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills Ability to analyse complex business issues and communicate clear findings Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage assigned scopes of work with moderate autonomy Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, senior analysts and stakeholders within a defence and security environment Contract Details: Contract position within the defence and security sector Location based in a CTC environment Opportunity to contribute to important business improvement and change initiatives If you have strong business analysis and requirements management experience and are seeking a contract opportunity within the defence and security sector, apply now
