Internal Helpdesk - Customer Service
Cambuslang | £16.24 per hour | Hybrid
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
2 days working from home
6-12 month contract, with potential to extend or offer perm.
Huntress Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Internal Helpdesk - Customer Service role with a well-established organisation based in Cambuslang.
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, helpdesk, shared services or finance-related experience to join a busy team, providing support to customers, suppliers and colleagues across a range of finance, HR and business service queries.
You'll be the first point of contact for a variety of queries, helping to resolve issues quickly and making sure customers receive a high level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling queries by phone, email and online channels
Investigating issues and providing clear, accurate information
Recording and tracking queries through to resolution
Escalating more complex issues where required
Identifying recurring issues and supporting improvements to processes
Helping to maintain a professional, efficient and customer-focused serviceWe're looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service, helpdesk, contact centre, shared services
Is confident dealing with customers and resolving queries
Has excellent attention to detail and can follow processes accurately
Is comfortable using systems to record and manage information
Communicates clearly and professionally
Enjoys working as part of a team
