Site Manager — Retail Fit-Out (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
£280–£300 per dayContractBelfast, Northern Ireland
Optio Resourcing is working with a leading retail fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager for retail construction projects in and around Belfast.
The Role
Managing day-to-day delivery of retail fit-out/refurbishment projects from mobilisation to handover
Overseeing subcontractors, programme, and site safety
Liaising directly with client stakeholders and store operations teams
Ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand specification
Managing out-of-hours/live trading environment works where required
About You
Proven site management experience within retail construction/fit-out
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White/Gold), and First Aid at Work essential
Strong programme and subcontractor management skills
Full driving licence, willing to travel across Northern Ireland
