Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Cressex Road, High Wycombe
Salary: £12,588 per annum
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)
Join our caring team at Cressex Road, a friendly supported living home for six adults aged 34-91. We work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where each person feels supported, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
The Role
Support vulnerable adults overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing
Provide personal care when required, always upholding dignity
Offer emotional support and respond to any crises
Administer medication and complete light household tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure the property remains secure
Communicate clearly and adapt to individual needsShifts:
10pm - 7am on Monday’s & Sunday’s
About You
You are caring, reliable and proactive, with the ability to adapt to different needs and communicate well with others. You value collaboration, inclusion and person-centred support.
Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
