Territory Sales Manager – Southern UK £45,000–£55,000 + Company Van + Bonus & Incentives Field Based | Southern UK Are you an experienced field salesperson looking for greater autonomy — or an opportunity to move into medical device sales? We’re recruiting for a growing specialist medical device manufacturer supplying high-quality patient handling and transport equipment into NHS and private healthcare organisations across the UK. This is a genuinely autonomous territory role. You’ll take ownership of the Southern UK region, developing existing accounts, winning new business and demonstrating a premium range of equipment directly to healthcare customers. Previous medical device experience isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in strong B2B field salespeople from capital equipment, technical products or other solution-led sales environments who can demonstrate a track record of developing a territory. What we’re looking for * Proven B2B field sales experience * Strong new business and account development skills * Confident presenting and demonstrating products * Commercial, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory * Medical device, healthcare or capital equipment experience is advantageous, but not essential * Full UK driving licence The territory covers Southern UK, from South Wales across to Kent, including Wiltshire, Surrey and Sussex. The package £45,000–£55,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus company van, pension and quarterly/annual performance-related bonuses and incentives.
