We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated Hair & Beauty Teacher to join our team in the Solihull area.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hair & Beauty professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, skills and industry experience with learners.
The role
You will deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons across a range of Hair & Beauty subjects, helping learners develop their technical skills, confidence and professional knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging Hair & Beauty lessons.

Demonstrating professional hair and beauty techniques and treatments.

Supporting learners with their practical and theoretical development.
*
Assessing learners' work and providing constructive feedback.
*
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and professional practice.
*
Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
*
Keeping up to date with current Hair & Beauty trends, techniques and industry standards.
About you
We are looking for someone who:

Has relevant Hair & Beauty industry experience and/or teaching experience.

Has strong practical knowledge and technical skills.
*
Is passionate about supporting and developing learners.
*
Can confidently demonstrate professional hair and beauty techniques.
*
Is organised, reliable, enthusiastic and professional.
*
Has relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications.
*
Holds a teaching or assessing qualification, or is willing to work towards one, where appropriate.
