Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance) Location: Thame United Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector. Key Responsibilities * Manage responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance contracts. * Lead operational teams to achieve performance, quality, and budget targets. * Monitor contract profitability, KPIs, and compliance requirements. * Manage client, resident, and stakeholder relationships. * Oversee SOR contracts, variations, valuations, and commercial controls. * Ensure Health & Safety compliance and high customer satisfaction. * Support business growth and develop team performance. Requirements * Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing. * Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services. * Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential. * Strong commercial and financial management skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. * Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable * SMSTS (or willingness to obtain). * Construction or management qualification. * CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.
