Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor Location: Billericay, Essex Sector: Residential / Building Services Salary: Competitive, depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a leading MEP contractor working on a large-scale residential development in Billericay. This is a site-based position overseeing mechanical installation works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. The Role * Supervise mechanical installation works across a large residential development * Manage and coordinate mechanical engineers, subcontractors and site teams * Ensure works are installed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements * Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, construction and other trades * Monitor progress and report back to the Project Manager * Assist with programme planning and sequencing of works * Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet required standards * Manage site documentation, RAMS and permits where required * Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures * Liaise with the wider site management team to resolve technical and installation issues About You The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Chargehand / Mechanical Foreman * Experience working on large residential developments * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations * Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors * Good understanding of construction programmes and sequencing * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings * Strong communication and organisational skills * Relevant mechanical qualifications are desirable What's on Offer? * Opportunity to work on a major residential development * Long-term project opportunity * Work with an established MEP contractor * Competitive salary/package depending on experience * Opportunity for progression within the business To apply, please submit your CV or contact us for further information
