Edinburgh | Up to £45,000 DOE + Market-Leading Commission | Hybrid Working

We’re looking for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Edinburgh team.
We’re not going to tell you recruitment is all about ping-pong tables and Friday beers. Instead, we offer a genuinely rewarding commission scheme, flexibility and the opportunity to build and develop your own market with more option increase your market share.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you’ll already have recruitment experience within the construction or built environment sector, with knowledge of areas such as:
Civil Engineering
House Building
Main / Principal Contracting
Construction Consultancy
Other related technical construction markets
You’ll be comfortable managing your own desk, developing new business and building relationships with clients and candidates.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to fill jobs. We want someone who enjoys getting to know their market, developing long-term relationships and building a desk they can genuinely take ownership of.
The office
Our Edinburgh office is based in a modern workspace in the West of Edinburgh, offering a light, open-plan and relaxed working environment.
It’s dog friendly, has onsite parking, excellent commuter links and access to an onsite gym.
