Lotus Recruitment is working with a range of outstanding primary, secondary, and specialist schools across London that are seeking skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants to make a real impact on pupils' learning and development.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can take initiative, lead learning, and provide high-quality support both in and out of the classroom.
The Role
* Leading whole class learning
* Delivering targeted intervention groups
* Supporting pupils across a range of abilities and needs
* Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
* Providing academic and pastoral support to pupils
We're Looking For:
✅ Previous experience working as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to step up
✅ Strong knowledge of the curriculum and classroom practice
✅ Confidence leading groups and covering lessons when required
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach
✅ Passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential
