HGV Class 2 Driver – General Haulage
Location: Rugeley / Fradley Park, Staffordshire
Pay: £15.00 – £23.81 per hour
Shifts: AM & PM starts available
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy and well-established general haulage and distribution operation based around Rugeley and Fradley Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular work, competitive pay and flexible start times.
The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:
* General haulage deliveries and collections
* Multi-drop deliveries depending on the route
* Driving Class 2 / Category C vehicles
* Completing daily vehicle checks
* Load security and safe transportation of goods
* Delivery paperwork and customer interaction
* Following drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
What We're Looking For
* Valid HGV Class 2 / Category C licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous Class 2 driving experience
* General haulage or distribution experience preferred
* Reliable and professional attitude
* Good knowledge of UK roads
