Job Description
Berry Recruitment are looking for a Programme Support Administrator to work for a local authority within the housing operations department based in Nursling.
This role is to start ASAP on a 3 month contract with possible extension. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.15 and Friday 07.30 to 15.15.
The hourly pay rate is £14.92.
The purpose of this role is working within the planned maintenance team to support the repairs and voids contracts and allocating work to trade staff.
Key Duties:
Assisting the programme managers
Deal with public and internal contact via telephone and email
Liaise with trade persons, managers and contractors
Allocate work to appropriate trade persons
Collation and management of void paperwork and job completions
Ordering scaffolding and asbestos removal works
Meeting strict timescales
Updating spreadsheets/databases and maintaining filing systems
Arrange meetings and appointmentsCandidate Requirements
Experience working in housing maintenance, construction or planning background is preferred
Administration experience is essential
Professional telephone manner
Computer literate
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescalesCompany Benefits:
