Job Description
Distribution Group based in Havant, Hampshire, has an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to undertake a newly created position specifically designed to support the continued growth and performance of the business both through the detailed analysis of existing clients and the development of new revenue streams.
What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
Supporting strategic financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelling to align with the company's growth aspirations
Analysing financial performance through detailed variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise business performance
Collaborating with operational teams to evaluate spending, investment returns, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth
Preparing insightful management reports, financial narratives, and presentations for senior leadership and the board
Using scenario analysis to assess potential economic and market impacts on the business and inform decision-making
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
Holds a full accountancy qualification with demonstrates strong financial analysis and modelling skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting
Has excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective cross-departmental relationships
Possesses a strategic mindset and analytical capability to interpret complex financial data
Shows proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
