Aftersales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Aftersales Manager in Leicester. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive basic salary of £40,000 and an on-target earning potential of £65,000. The Aftersales Manager role requires experienced automotive management to oversee Service and Parts departments within a busy dealership environment. The successful Aftersales Manager will be responsible for leading the department, maximising efficiency, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring departmental profitability.
