Please note that own transport is required if not local to Belper as there is no access to public transport that would be suitable for shift start time/ finish time. Pay Rates & Career Progression Day Shift Starting rate: £14.05 per hour Progressing to: £17.75 per hour Afternoon Shift Starting rate: £16.02 per hour Progressing to: £19.72 per hour Night Shift Starting rate: £17.05 per hour Progressing to: £20.75 per hour✅ Weekly pay ✅ Competitive pay progression structure ✅ Overtime available ✅ Excellent earning potential Shift Patterns Day Shift Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30 Friday: 06:00 - 12:00 Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00 Friday: 12:00 - 18:00 Night Shift Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00 Main Duties Assembling components and finished products to specification Following work instructions, technical drawings, and production processes Conducting quality checks and visual inspections Using hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely Packing products ready for distribution and dispatch Achieving production targets and KPI requirements Maintaining high quality standards Adhering to Health & Safety regulations Working collaboratively within a busy production team Experience & Skills Experience in any of the following roles would be advantageous: Assembly Operative Production Operative Manufacturing Operative Factory Operative Machine Operator Warehouse Operative Production Line Operative Quality Inspector General Operative Skilled OperativeHowever, we welcome applicants with a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn, as comprehensive training is provided.
