JOB SPECIFICATION – 6 x LABOURERS

Job Type: Strip Out / Demolition
Start Date: Monday 21st Sept

Job Description:
We are looking for 6 x CSCS Labourers to assist with a strip-out project in Maidenhead.
Duties:
* General strip-out and demolition works
* Removing fixtures, fittings and materials
* Loading and moving waste materials
* Assisting tradesmen on site
* Keeping the work area clean and tidy
* Following site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Labourer Card – Essential
* Previous strip-out or demolition experience preferred
* Good understanding of site health and safety
* Reliable and punctual
* Full PPE required
* Asbestos awareness beneficial
