Job Description
Project & Events Coordinator Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire Salary: £32,000 – £35,000, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid working, approximately 2 days per week in the office We’re looking for an organised and confident Project & Events Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Bourne End. This is a varied role supporting the successful delivery of multiple client projects from initial brief through to completion. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and making sure deadlines, documentation and communication are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities of the Project & Events Coordinator: * Coordinate multiple client projects from initial brief through to completion * Manage project schedules, deadlines and key deliverables * Organise meetings, events and associated project activity * Liaise with clients and provide regular project updates * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly * Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and contributors * Maintain accurate project plans, records and documentation * Monitor progress against agreed timescales, budgets and requirements * Identify potential issues and help keep projects on track * Manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail Key Requirements of the Project & Events Coordinator: * At least 2 years’ experience within project coordination, project management, events or a similar role * Experience working within a busy, client-focused environment * Strong organisational and project coordination skills * Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Comfortable dealing directly with clients and external stakeholders * Strong attention to detail * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required * Degree educated or equivalent experience would be beneficial * A positive and collaborative approach This is a great opportunity for someone with solid project coordination experience who is looking to take greater ownership of client projects within a supportive and professional team
